I begin by reading the existing documentation, to give me insight into the overall document set.
A fave recent activity is watching YouTube Ads made for DevTools and products that are a tad technical. It gives me insight into how the company sees and portrays its gravitas.
With simple, well-articulated use of language, they know how to pass across the message of the technical process(es), continuous integration and continuous delivery with amazing clarity.
Ruminating on the overly demystified line “if you build it, they’ll come”. I realize that it could serve as a no-brainer when applied to Open source, yeah?
A look at how much revenue comes in by gender and age group, so we know how to expand/focus our marketing efforts & initiatives.
Say you are in charge of marketing at a MarTech company and you are collating engineering tools that help marketing teams run faster and effectively.
We should not misconstrue empathy in design with empathy in the raw emotional sense of it.
